And, Seven are planning on doing that again by introducing a whole new selection of thrilling programs.
2019 will see four new local dramas brought to our screens including Beven Lee’s (the creator/writer of Packed to the Rafters, A Place To Call Home) latest creation, Between Two Worlds.
The contemporary drama will see two worlds thrown together by death and sacrifice and is not to be missed.
Also, sure to excite fans is Ms. Fisher’s Modern Murder Mysteries. Geraldine Hakewill (Wanted) and Joel Jackson (Safe Harbour) will star in this spin-off of one of Australia’s most loved series, Miss Fishers Murder Mysteries.
And, for those of you who love true crime, Undercurrent is the series for you. In a similar vein to Making A Murderer this series will explore the real-life disappearance of Bob Chappell in Hobart Tasmania.
Also set to hit our screens in 2019 are reality series, Wife Swap, The Proposal, Extreme Weddings and The Super Switch which are sure to dish up plenty of controversy and drama.
There are also a range of new overseas dramas set to entice you onto the couch including, murder mystery, Manhunt (starring Martin Clunes from Doc Martin) court room drama, Proven Innocent (starring Kelsey Grammer) and thriller, The Passage.
Meanwhile, the network will see several programs return including, My Kitchen Rules, Interview with Andrew Denton, House Rules, Instant Hotel and Australian Spartan.
