Ingredients
425g packet corn cobettes
700g thick beef rump steak, trimmed
1 tblsp Cajun seasoning
1 large green capsicum, cut into 3cm pieces
1 large red onion, cut into 3cm pieces
200g tub tzatziki dip
Method

Boil, steam or microwave corn until tender. Cool slightly. Cut each cob in half.

Cut beef into 4cm pieces. Toss beef with seasoning in a bowl.

Thread corn, beef, capsicum, and onion alternately onto skewers. Spray with cooking olive oil.

Heat a lightly oiled, barbecue grill plate over medium heat. Add skewers. Cook, turning reguarly, for about 8 to 10 minutes, or until cooked to your liking.

Serve kebabs with tzatziki.
