Ingredients
400g beef rump steak, trimmed, thinly sliced
3 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tblsps olive oil
300g cup mushrooms, halved
1 bunch broccolini, trimmed, cut diagonally into 5cm lengths
1 red capsicum, thinly sliced
1/3 cup oyster sauce
2 tblsps honey
Steamed rice to serve
Method

Toss beef with garlic and half the oil in a medium bowl.

Heat a large wok over a high heat. Add beef in two batches. Stir-fry for about 1 to 2 minutes, or until browned. Remove.

Add remaining oil to same wok. Add mushrooms and broccolini. Stir-fry for about 3 minutes, or until almost tender. Add capsicum. Stir-fry for 1 minute.

Return beef to wok with combined sauce and honey. Stir-fry until sauce boils and slightly thickens.

Serve stir-fry with steamed rice.
