Anneliese explained her weight loss process, dropping her first 20kg by counting calories and following a healthier, protein-focused diet.
After reaching 80kg with these dietary changes, she then introduced running into her weekly routine, which saw her lose an additional 10kg.
Here, Anneliesse ramped up her workout regime.
"Once I saw the scales dropping, it motivated me to get back out and do it again," she wrote.
"I used to weigh myself every morning and keep really close tabs on what was happening with my weight," she told fans.
"It's something I really obsessed over and my value in myself would go up and down depending on how much I weighed."
