ALDI announces a giant Ferrero Rocher dessert for Christmas and we need it now!

Whether you have the same menu year after year or like to mix things up, adding this giant frozen Ferrero Rocher will not disappoint! The ‘Specially Selected Chocolate and Praline Dome’ - as it’s been dubbed - is likely to feed a whole tribe and will lift your festive spirits. ALDI UK has already announced the massive chocolate treat will land in stores on October 26, however ALDI Australia's Christimas range won’t be revealed until September, though we’re crossing our fingers this makes the cut. The Ferrero Rocher dessert is made up of a milk chocolate and hazelnut mousse on the inside, which is broken up by two layers of a crispy flake. The flake is a milk chocolate feuilletine, made from pancakes, and cocoa sponge. The outside is a hard, dome-shaped hazelnut shell. If you’re not already salivating over this decadent dessert, then the best part of all is that it’ll require no effort on your part. All you’d have to do is pick it up in stores, factor in one hour of defrosting time, and turn up on Christmas Day to awe and amazement. This show-stopping dessert weighs in at 500g and is priced at £4.99 which works out to be only AUD$9!
