3-Ingredient Chewy Coconut Macaroons
Prep: 15 Minutes - Cook: 15 Minutes - Easy - Serves 24

TIP! Macaroons can be made up to five days ahead. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dark place. 

Ingredients

395g can sweetened condensed milk

250g packet shredded coconut (approx. 3 cups)

1/3 cup flaked almonds

Method

  1. Grease and line two large oven trays with baking paper.

  2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well. 

  3. Spoon tablespoons of mixture, about 3cm apart, onto prepared trays. 

  4. Cook in a slow oven (150C) for about 15 to 18 minutes, or until golden brown and firm to touch. Remove from oven. Cool on trays.
