395g can sweetened condensed milk
250g packet shredded coconut (approx. 3 cups)
1/3 cup flaked almonds
Grease and line two large oven trays with baking paper.
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well.
Spoon tablespoons of mixture, about 3cm apart, onto prepared trays.
Cook in a slow oven (150C) for about 15 to 18 minutes, or until golden brown and firm to touch. Remove from oven. Cool on trays.
