Quick and easy "popsicle" cake hacks kids will love!

An avid cake decorator, Sue Pryce-Davies shared her stunning creations on the Woolworths/Coles Mud Cake Hacks Facebook page. And while they look impressive, she says they are actually pretty easy to make - and the sky's the limit when it comes to getting creative with them. "It's just the Woolies Double Chocolate muffin put into a popsicle mould and covered in chocolate , then decorated," she explained. This pretty popsicle was created using a Coles Mud Cake and Coles white chocolate buttons. Sue also loves using edible glitter and decorations on her creations. Sue says she uses Cadbury's Chocoalte Buttons from Coles to decorate her popsicle cakes, but if she's making a cake for adults she uses Callebaut Belgian chocolate. For this festive treat, Sue used Woolies Double Choc Muffins made into cake popsicles, then coated them in chocolate and decorated with edible glitters and chocolate pine cones.
