When a security guard arrived, Davies said he looked at the manager like ‘she had three heads, reaching into his wallet and pulls out $15’, telling her to drop it back to the concierge when she can.
Davies finished her post, which has been shared over 16,000 times, thanking the salon for ‘going out of your way to make an unfortunate mistake as embarrassing as hell.’
The owner of the chain has since apologised, promising to implement customer service training.
