The daughter ofPrincess Annewas missed during theroyal family’s family get together on theBuckingham Palace balcony, and amid UK press speculation of a ‘snub’, the truth has now emerged.
It has emerged thatthe Queen’s granddaughter and her family were not there because of commitments to attend a horse show. The keen horsewoman was competing in the Bramham International Horse Trials, with husband Mike and daughters, Mia and Lena, there to support her.

The absence was not unprecedented, withZaramissing some Troopings in the past, although she usually makes sure she is there for most special events.
But forroyal fanswho were disappointed the Tindalls were not there, there was a very special appearance:royal babyPrince Louis’ first showing on the balcony, and the return to official events of new mumMeghan Markle,theDuchessof Sussex.
Also there were most of the othermembers of theroyal family, including Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth,Camilla,theDuchess of Cornwall,Prince Charles,Kate Middleton,the Duchessof Cambridge,Prince William,Prince Harry,Prince Philip,Prince Andrew, Prince GeorgeandPrincess Charlotte.
