Meghan Markle is used to turning heads with her modern and sleek fashion choices, but royal fans have also noticed that the Duchess of Sussex is regularly pictured with her hand in her pocket - and now it's been revealed why.
Judi says that typically when a person places their hands in their pocket, it's an indicator that they want to hide.
'The classic reason for this very common gesture is that it signals a subliminal desire to hide, especially when the hands are shoved deep into the pockets,' Judi said.
'It also helps get over the common problem most of us suffer from, which is not really knowing what to do with our hands when we know people are looking at us.'
However, Judi doesn't believe that is why Meghan has taken a liking to the pose.
Instead, she believes the common gesture is to do with Meghan's personal style inspiration.
'Meghan's high levels of confidence suggest her reason is more to do with fashion than anxiety though. It's also a probable nod to her love of '50s styling,' she says. 'Her full skirts are very Audrey Hepburn too and, to wear them well, a hand in one pocket is almost de rigueur.'
Judi adds, 'Meghan also loves slouchy coats and jackets and the same fashion rule of 'wearing' the tailoring would apply with them too.'
Body language analyst Judi James told OK! that Meghan isn't the only royal who does the sneaky habit either.
She told the US publication, 'Prince Charles does it, Prince Harry does it and even little Prince George has been seen doing it, but Meghan might be the first royal woman to shove her hand into a pocket when she’s out in public.'
