And, she later stepped out with her son, Tom Parker Bowles for the launch of the 'Fortnum & Mason Christmas & Other Winter Feasts' cookbook at Fortnum & Mason.
But, the solo engagements have added fuel to rumours that the couple’s relationship is on the brink.
“Charles and Camilla often attend engagements separately and have different charity interests,” New Idea’s royal commentator, Angela Mollard reveals.
“Also, they have a “blended family” of children from their previous marriages so one or other will often be supporting one of their children as is the case with the launch of atom Parker Bowles’ latest book.”
To make matters worse, this comes after the Duchess snubbed Princess Eugenie’s wedding.
Instead of attending the lavish affair with her husband, Camilla carried out a series of royal duties in Scotland.
“It’s well-known that Charles and Camilla didn’t feel they had Andrew’s wholehearted support when they were seeking public approval of their relationship after Diana’s death,” adds Angela.
“There’s some bad blood there.”
