The promo video shows a nervous Matt Agnew waiting to meet one of the stunning hopefuls, before the lady in question arrives wearing nothing less than a wedding dress!
The blonde bombshell even enlisted a team of bridesmaids to walk her 'down the aisle' to the Melbourne astrophysicist, singing 'Here Comes the Bride' and littering rose petals along the carpet as they go.
A stunned Matt watches on, before the not-so-blushing bride asks: "Are you ready?"
"I'm not sure I am!" he admits.
"I'm definitely not afraid of commitment but I feel this is moving pretty quick."
Hailed as an "intelligent, genuine and determined to find a love that's out of this world", 31-year-old Matt has promised he's ready and willing to put his heart on the line as The Bachelor 2019.
“I’m still pinching myself that this is happening. It may be an unorthodox way to meet someone, but it’ll make for a cracking ‘how we met’ story,” he said of joining the show.
"I've got a real 'do it once, do it right' mentality so I'll be making sure I throw myself into it, be vulnerable and enjoy what comes from that."
Network Ten executives have dubbed the Swinburne University scientist a "breath of fresh air" with "spades of old school romance", "natural charm" and a "definite twinkle in his eye".
Catch Matt in the premiere of The Bachelor Australia airing on Network Ten on Wednesday, July 31 at 7.30pm.
