Bec might have scored her own Logie for Most Popular Actress in 2005, but before that she was a budding star excitedly trying on a draped purple dress for her proud family.

The footage shows the then 15-year-old emerging from her bedroom ahead of her first time at the iconic Australian awards show, giggling and performing shy turns to show her gown's dramatic backless cut.
She turns in a circle and poses like a pro, as the cameraman says, 'Get in the light for this, Bec.'
She then steps into the retro Australian kitchen as though it's a spotlit stage, showing the confidence and charisma that propelled her to her place as one of Australia's best loved soap stars.
As she parades around in the draped plum-coloured gown before her first Logies red carpet appearance, her mum Michelle comments on how beautiful Bec looks and they debate hemming the dress to prevent it dragging along the floor.
On the night, the Home and Away actress wore her hair up in a 90's style curled updo, spending the evening with her co-stars Zac Drayson and Ryan Clark.
Bec accessorised with a bizarre Winnie the Pooh toy which she carried like a handbag.
The pretty blonde was nominated for a Logie Award for Most Popular New Female Talent from a TV Series, but missed out on the gong.
Sydney native Bec - born Rebecca June Cartwright - played Hayley Smith Lawson in Summer Bay from 1998 until 2005, when she married Adelaide-born superstar tennis player Lleyton Hewitt.
In a sweet twist of life imitating heart, Bec announced she was expecting her first child within months of her character Hayley revealing her pregnancy on Home and Away.
She is now a doting mother-of-three to daughters Mia Rebecca and Ava Sydney, and son Cruz Lleyton.
Over the years, the Hewitt family have lived in some of the most sought after locations on earth, including the Bahamas, Sydney's Palm Beach, Adelaide and Melbourne.
