Tori, 45, and Dean, 52, have endured a long-running struggle with their finances since their reality TV shows were axed, eliminating their main source of income.
Tori's father, acclaimed film and TV producer Aaron Spelling, had a fortune of more than $500 million USD on his death in 2006 but left just $800,000 to his daughter.
His widow Candy, Tori's estranged mother, inherited the estate.
In her book Spelling It Like It Is, Tori admitted to battling financial woes due to "poor real estate decisions" and the failure of her TV shows.
But the troubled celeb recently signed up for a reboot of the iconic 90210 series which made her famous, along with Jennie Garth and the majority of their former co-stars.
The new project is sure to be welcome news to Tori and Dean who raise five children together: Liam Aaron, Stella Doreen, Hattie Margaret, Finn Davey and Beau Dean.
Tori is also stepmother to Jack Montgomery McDermott, Dean's son with ex-wife Mary Jo Eustace.
