The doting mum to baby Arnold, said pregnancy is proof of how strong women’s bodies are but adds that it’s important to take things at your own pace.
‘Be gentle with yourself and respect the 4th trimester. It's not a race, it took me 11 months to return to fitness and I did it in my own time,’ Tiff explains.
‘If you approach your way back to fitness and strength with self love, not self criticism then you will enjoy it more.
‘There will be days you have the energy to train, and others where you need to white flag it and surrender. That's okay.
‘Stay focused on nourishing your own grass and not comparing yourself to anyone else, or thinking the grass is always greener on the other side.’
