Meghan Markle has stepped out with husband Prince Harry sans her engagement ring.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex - who are expecting their first child in April - attended the Commonwealth Day service at Westminster Abbey.
Speaking to Fabulous Digital, Dr Sarah Jarvis revealed this could be a sign that the former actress is due any day now.
"Swollen feet and fingers are extremely common towards the end of pregnancy,” revealed Dr Jarvis.
“In many respects it's normal, because you have much more fluid circulating round your body in pregnancy. The swelling itself is rarely a concern."
Markle and Prince Harry attended the Commonwealth Service at Westminster Abbey along with Kate Middleton and Prince William.
The sisters-in-law - who are rumoured to be locked in a rift - kissed each other warmly on both cheeks as the Prince of Wales and Duchess of Cornwall arrived.
