After sharing her engagement news last week, people questioned whether Erin Molan's engagement ring was paid for or gifted from the jeweller.
But now The Footy Show host has cleared up the rumours once and for all, confirming to News.com.au that the bespoke six-figure sparkler was definitely not a freebie.
In fact, Molan's fiance Sean Ogilvy saved six months of his police officer wage to purchase the House of Kdor diamond.
The jeweller also confirmed that despite having a friendship with the Channel 9 presenter, the ring was not gifted.
“We celebrate all occasions and purchases and always go the extra mile for our clients with champagne, flowers etc and most importantly love,” the jeweller said in an email to The Daily Telegraph.
“Despite our friendship (with Erin and Sean), I can confirm that the diamond ring was purchased and not gifted.”
