The Trumps visit to Her Majesty will take place on June 3-5.
Whilst many presidents have visited Queen Elizabeth, only two - George W. Bush and Barack Obama - have been honoured with a state visit.
The affair usually includes much royal pomp and a special banquet with Her Majesty at Buckingham Palace.
The invitation has raised more than a few eyebrows, especially considering it is rare a state visit is announced in the few weeks prior to it taking place.
According to Nine News, in addition to meeting the Monarch, Trump will also pay a visit to UK Prime Minister Theresa May.
