With the group already voicing their concerns over people abusing their ‘bro code’, the 31-year-old said he was disappointed when Ryan took up time he could have had with Angie.
"I had just had enough… He had a lot of time and to cut everybody's grass, I think it comes down to common respect,’ Tom said.
He went on to say while all the blokes were there with one intention – to win Angie’s heart, Ryan had a “I’m not here for you” mentality about the other men in the mansion.
Scot agreed with Tom, saying while it’s true everyone wants to receive the final rose, the men still look out for each other, which is what’s so annoying about Ryan.
“You can't treat everyone in the house like a piece of s—t,” Scot said.
Despite the 27-year-old saying he doesn’t agree with Ryan’s approach to the other men, he admitted that he does empathise with him being the intruder.
He said while he could have just blamed Ryan for being eliminated, he thought he would most likely go home because of a previous interaction with Angie.
According to Scot, Angie had approached him during his preparation for the stand-up date, which distracted him and may have affected their connection at the time.
Despite being eliminated with fellow suitor Adam, Tom and Scot confessed that their friendships with the other boys will be something they’ll cherish forever.
“Besides going in for Angie, the best thing is the new friends and the experience. Not many people get to have 21 dudes in one house fighting for one girl,’ Tom said.
