Whether or not this was intentional is up for debate, but it certainly seems tactless considering The Bachelor's entire premise is about a group of women vying for the affections and love of one man.
Understandably, fans of The Bachelor aren't too pleased with the dicey comparison to the enslaved ladies of Gilead.
