"Well, I’m absolutely over the moon (yep) to be trying to answer those questions at Adelaide Fringe next year!" Matt continued, "Kicking off on the 14th of February (Valentine’s day — double yep)! Tickets are on sale now!"
The latest season of The Bachelor saw plenty of controversy, with rumours swirling in early August that the man proclaiming to be an astrophysicist, was really working for a bank.
On August 7th, the Sydney Morning Herald broke the news that The Bachelor's 'astrophysicist' Matt Agnew was actually working as a data analyst for the National Australia Bank.
Shortly after, Matt released a statement to 10Daily, explaining that he was not working for NAB, rather he holds a job as a 'data scientist' with analyst company Quantum.
"Like anyone wishing to advance in their career, I've taken a job that will give me an extra skillset, hopefully leading to the space exploration side of space down the track," Matt began.
"I ultimately plan on using my mechanical engineering, astrophysics, and data science background to find solutions to the goals outlined by the newly minted and growing Australian Space Agency, or the burgeoning private space sector."
