Matt's female counterpart, The Bachelorette 2019 Angie Kent, spilled inside details of his romantic success on the red carpet of the 61st TV Week Logie Awards at the Star Gold Coast last month.
"Matt has found the love of his life, which I'm stoked for," she told an Australian publication.

Undoubtedly the most academically qualified hopeful to join the Australian series, Matt holds a double undergraduate degree in science and engineering, as well as a Masters in astrophysics.
