Taking to her social media page, Alex made the exciting announcement that she would be the Australian correspondent for Teen Mum Australia.
"I cannot wait to watch these young girls journeys unfold and see how they grow as young mothers."

"I had my little boy when I was only 18-years-old.
"I think we should all get around these girls because as women and as mothers we should support them and back them."
Alex also announced she will be doing weekly recaps of the brand new reality show, which is set to be as dramatic as its American counterpart.
Teen Mum Australia follows mothers Sita, Ammi and Georgie, and premiers on July 7th.
