Zaetta revealed she held off from announcing the news on social media for a few days so she could spend some alone time with the twins.
The tiny tots were born a few weeks early so will spend time in hospital isolettes for monitoring before heading home.
"Thanks everyone for your love & support & for sharing this incredible journey with us! We did it," she said to her 65.6k followers.
The former TV star used IVF to fall pregnant. She flew to Greece to find an anonymous female egg donor and had two eggs implanted, which worked.
