Ingredients
170g good quality dark chocolate, chopped
1/2 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
1/2 cup icing sugar
1/4 cup plain flour
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 eggs, plus 2 extra egg yolks
Cocoa powder for dusting
Method

Spray two 8-10cm ramekins with cooking oil. Place a tablespoon of cocoa powder into each ramekin and move it about, so that the bottom and all sides are covered. Remove excess cocoa powder. Set aside.

In a medium sized microwave-safe bowl, add chocolate and butter and microwave for 1 minute. Stir to combine.

In another medium bowl, add icing sugar, plain flour and salt and stir.

In another bowl, add eggs and egg yolks and whisk.

Add flour and egg mix to chocolate and butter mix, then stir well to combine.

Distribute evenly between ramekins and bake in a 220c oven for 20 minutes. Tip onto a plate, and dust with extra cocoa powder to serve.
