They managed to work through some serious issues on the reality show Seven Year Switch, and Tallena has now revealed they’ve still got a long way to go, admitting the couple are still in therapy.
Brad’s sensitive partner took to Instagram to admit she and her new husband are currently speaking to a psychologist to help mend their fractured relationship.
‘After the show Brad and I started seeing a therapist and it's honestly the best thing we have ever done!’, she wrote.
'I am not embarrassed or ashamed that we go to therapy even when society makes you feel that it should be something you should hide. Brad and I are so different in so many ways which is always going to challenge our relationship, by having someone there to help 'translate' helps us understand each other more and more everyday.'
Brad and Tallena have been very vocal on Instagram since they created their joint account last week - fighting back against criticism they copped on the show.
The pair - who tied the knot last month - also addressed the incident on the show when Tallena's experimental partner Tim removed his underwear in the spa while next to the flight attendant.
'You have to ask yourself what this world has come to when getting nude in front of another mans fiancé is acceptable and deemed 'funny',' Tallena wrote on Instagram with an image of the incident.
'but having a break down from the stress and exposing raw emotions you're deemed a 'sook, or controlling or possessive.' I only had to spend 1 day with my experimental partner to appreciate mine so much more! Brad would never in a million years let a women sleep on the floor and for that I love you so much more.'
