'I made diet changes only two weeks ago and have only been training 3 days a week since 8 weeks postpartum so the differences in these pics are motivating the s*** out of me! .
'I'm sharing this so publicly as I want women everywhere to see a transparent post pregnancy transformation. There are so many super Mums in the media and on social media with freakish genes who 'bounce' back (and no doubt work bloody hard for it) from pregnancy like it was nothing, and I'm so envious of them however that's not me and let's be real it's probably not 90% of us. It takes me time and a lot of hard work these days to move this junk in my trunk!
'My best advice thus far is be consistent. If you loose your way today, then make sure you wake up tomorrow with your goals in sight and give it another bloody good go. I'm sooooo happy I started. My confidence and self respect is returning and everyone can see it.
