In the final episode of Seven Year Switch, viewers watched on as Stacey Louise and Sarge finally reached breaking point.
With the couple’s relationship in tatters, Stacey Louise, who has always dreamt of becoming a mother, reveals to New Idea why babies are not an option for her.
‘I’m at this point now where I’m 36 and I worry because of my age – I don’t think it’s possible anymore,’ the personal trainer admits.
‘It’s just not on the cards right now, because if our relationship is like this, we don’t want to introduce kids into the situation. I do think I’ve missed the boat.’
Although the former lingerie model says she feels her biological clock ticking, she can’t imagine settling down with anyone else and falling pregnant in time.
‘If things don’t work out with Sarge, I really do think I’ve missed the boat,’ she says.
‘I just want to feel stable and have that comfort of knowing this is the person I’m going to spend the rest of my life with, and we are in a position to be a happy family.’
