The good people over at Washington State University and Harvard Medical School have shown how drinking two glasses of red wine before maks you 70 per cent less likely to be overweight.
What's even better, is that a chemical agent called 'resveratrol' that is found in red wine helps transform 'white fat' (the fat that's hard to burn off) into 'beige fat' (the fat that is easier to lose).
In case you needed more evidence that wine is the only diet you need, yet another study conducted by the winos at Harvard Medical School found that this 'resveratrol' helps suppress your appetite, and by extension, your urge to snack.
