Victorian hip-hop star 360, or Matthew James Colwell, has today revealed to popular Perth radio trio Heidi, Will and Woody that Schapelle Corby contacted him from behind bars via Facebook.
'Fun fact, I actually used to talk to her while she was in jail,' he told the three Hit 92.9 hosts.
'It was on Facebook, while she was in jail, were were private messaging and stuff - she she obviously had a phone in jail...I dunno if I should say that.'
The rapper continued, '[We were] just chatting, chatting to a friend and stuff.'
Prompted by Anderson, 360 said he and Corby had been introduced by a mutual friend and were not 'close friends' but had continued to chat online via Facebook and Instagram following her release in May of this year.
The radio hosts probed even more, asking how to the whole relationship came about, 'So you're at home on a Sunday having a glass of wine...and talking to Schapelle Corby on the couch.'
To which the entertainer replied, 'Pretty much.'
