A woman who’s been dubbed “world’s best matchmaker” has come out and said she would NEVER match Meghan Markle and Prince Harry together – and here’s why.

Head of British dating agency Aprey Introduction, Lara Asprey, spoke with HELLO! magazine where she claimed to have once “put the feelers out”, prior to the royal meeting the American former actress.
The matchmaker – who charges more than $15,000 for her services – told the publication: “We have friends in common and I had lots of people for him.
“Then he was introduced to Meghan… someone else got there first.”

Lara continued that although she wouldn’t have thought to pair the Duke and Duchess of Sussex together, she things the couple are great together: “I would not have necessarily picked her as perfect for Harry so it just goes to show that chemistry is unpredictable.
“Had I met her I’d have seen it because they’re great together.”

Harry and Meghan reportedly met after being set up on a blind date in 2016, by a mutual friend.
While some royal fans believe it was Meghan’s best friend Misha Nonoo that set the couple up on their first date, other believe the cupid may have been Violet von Westenholz, who is the daughter of Prince Charles’ friend and Olympic skier Baron Piers von Westenhol.
Prince Harry and the Duchess welcomed their first child together, Archie, in May this year.
