Kensington Palace has released a Christmas portrait of Kate and William with their children Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis.

It’s a smiling little Prince Louis who steals the show as he is seen holding mum Kate Middleton’s hand in the adorable snap.

The unexpected holiday portrait was taken at their country home Anmer Hall in Norfolk.

The Instagram caption reads: ‘The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are pleased to share a new photograph of their family.’

‘The photograph, taken by Matt Porteous, shows The Duke and Duchess with their three children at Anmer Hall. This photograph features on Their Royal Highnesses’ Christmas card this year.’
