According to a US report Meghan Markle will ‘never talk to her father again’. Palace insiders have reportedly told American publication Star that the former Suits actress has hung up on her father Thomas Markle for ‘the last time.’
“Meghan was very upset when she made the call to her father,” the reputed source told Star.
“She called him ‘daddy’ and tried to give him the benefit of the doubt. She begged him to stop doing interviews,” they continued.
But according to the source, Thomas remained insistent that he would ‘continue to speak out unless he got an invite to meet Her Majesty and the rest of ‘these’ royals’.
It was at that point that Meghan ‘reached breaking point’.
“Meghan realised the conversation was going nowhere and told him to stay out of her life. She hung up and Thomas was left holding the receiver,” the source claimed.
“It’s overwhelming for her to comprehend and Harry just wants it to be over. And now he let it be known that he’ll take legal action if Thomas Sr. doesn’t leave Meghan alone once and for all!”
The royals have yet to comment on Star‘s claims.
