Until recently, royal experts claimed Prince Harry and Meghan Markle‘s move to Frogmore Cottage was directly linked to the rumoured royal rift between the wives of Windsor and, perhaps more intriguingly, a feud between the brothers themselves.

But new information from a royal correspondent suggests the relocation has nothing to do with the Cambridges, Express.co.uk reports.
Journalist and Windsor expert Emily Nash believes the Sussexes decision to split from Kensington Palace is a “no brainer” directly connected to a shared wish of raising their first child away from the intense scrutiny of the press and public.
In the recent documentary “Royal Baby”, Ms Nash explained: “The move to Frogmore will give them much more time to be the family unit away from prying eyes.
“In Frogmore, they have a lot more space to breathe and of course they are in the middle of Windsor Great Park so there is plenty of open countryside and freedom for a child. It’s a no brainer.”
Of the much-debated rivalry between Kate and Meghan, Ms Nash conceded there may have been “some differences of opinion” in the past but believes the rumours have been blown out of proportion.
But while Meghan may actually be on amicable terms with her in-laws after all, in recent weeks the Duchess of Cambridge has been faced with controversies of her own.
Last month, news broke that Kate was embroiled in an alleged feud with one of closest confidantes Rose Hanbury.
Reports from various British publications including The Sun claim the future Queen has ordered Rose, Marchioness of Cholmondeley, to be “phased out” of her and Prince William‘s inner circle.
While the reason for the souring of friendship remains unclear, media outlets have dubbed Rose the Duchess’ “rural rival”.
One source told The Sun: “It is well known that Kate and Rose have had a terrible falling out. They used to be close but that is not the case anymore.”
