The Danish royal family certainly know how to celebrate their queen!
On Tuesday, April 16, the royal family gathered at the veranda on Marselisborg to watch the changing of the guard to celebrate Queen Margrethe 79th birthday.
Whilst the procession was one fit for royalty, the most precious moment of the day was when Princess Mary and Prince Frederik’s children took the flowers from the crowd and gifted them to their beloved grandmother.

In the footage, Prince Christian, 13, Princess Isabella, 11 and Prince Vincent and Princess Josephine 8, are seen waving at the crowd of kids before Isabella is given a bouquet of flowers.
Princess Mary and Prince Frederiks royal children then bounce up the stairs to gift their granmother the flowers in an adoravle gesture.
