In a newly surfaced video of Order of the Garter service, royal fans noticed that Camilla Parker Bowels had to give her daughter-in-law a very stern talking to after Kate Middleton got distracted idly chatting with Queen Maxima of the Netherlands.
The two elegant royals appeared to be having a merry time as they talked to one another, that it, until the Duchess of Cornwall promptly rained on their parade by sternly telling the duo to pay attention.
WATCH! The moment Camilla tells of Kate Middleton for being too chatty!
In a moment that greatly resembles two naughty kids being told off by their teacher, the footage shows Kate babbling with Argentine-born Maxima before the wife of Prince Charles taps the royal lady on the shoulder.
The two ladies then quickly stop chatting and face the procession.

In a day of pomp and pagentry befitting of any royal ceremony, the Order of the Garter recognises the contributions made to public service and was founded by King Edward III in 1348.
This year, newly invested members of the order King Felipe VI of Spain and King Willem-Alexander of the Netherlands – now supernumerary, or stranger knights – proudly walked to St George’s Chapel with the Prince of Wales, Duke of Cambridge, Duke of York, Princess Royal and Earl of Wessex.
