The reason we won’t be seeing Meghan Markle in public for the next few months

Royal protocol means Meghan will be M.I.A for a while.

Meghan Markle has been seen out with her new fiancee Prince Harry several times in the last week, but the Suits actress is about to go MIA.

Since the happy couple’s first official outing together in Nottingham last week, Meghan has been keeping a very low profile, and it’s likely to stay that way for the next couple of months.

While it’s expected Meghan will make an appearance on Christmas Day when all the royals attend a church service in Sandringham, it is believed this will be her only royal duty for the foreseeable future.

Entertainment Weekly spoke to a palace insider who said Meghan ‘intends to travel for the next couple of months, visiting her family and friends before she settles into her new life at Kensington Palace.’
