Ahead of Meghan Markle and Prince Harry presenting baby Sussex to the world, Queen Elizabeth will most likely change one outdated law, and for VERY good reason.
WATCH: Meghan Markle’s baby won’t have a Royal title for this INSANE reason
Whilst many royal watchers are speculating that the Duchess of Sussex has already given birth (considering she’s been pregnant for 43 weeks instead of the standard 40) fans are still in the dark about the sex of the baby.
However, if Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have a baby girl, Her Majesty will most likely change the law so that little Baby Sussex can have a dukedom.
As it stands, only a male can hold the title.

Dukedoms are the highest ranking title which can be given.
For now, dukedoms can be given only to a son and male-line grandsons of the British monarch.
Dukedoms can also be inherited, but only by a male descendant.
This could mean that if the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have a girl, their title could die out.
Finger’s corssed Her Majesty makes an exception!
