It’s been one year since Meghan Markle appeared on Suits but that hasn’t stopped the show from making an adorable reference to her new life as the Duchess of Sussex.
During an episode in the final season of the legal drama, Markle’s on screen husband Patrick J. Adams gives fans an update on Rachel Zane after her character left New York to work in Seattle.

Quizzed, “How’s Rachel?” Adams – whose on screen character is Mike Ross – replies, “Good. In fact, if I told you how good, you probably wouldn’t believe me.”
A hilarious GIF later appeared on the shows official Twitter account.
Last September, Meghan revealed she hadn’t watch any more episodes since departing the USA Network show.
Suits is known to enjoy a special place in the Duchess of Sussex’s heart, after she made many of her current closest friends during her seven seasons on the series.
Many of Meghan’s co-stars attended her royal wedding to Prince Harry at St George’s Chapel in Windsor in May 2018, with Gabriel Macht, Patrick J. Adams, Sarah Rafferty, Gina Torres and Rick Hoffman all present, as well as former Suits cast member Abigail Spencer.
Spencer was also one of the guests at Meghan’s lavish New York City baby shower in February.
