Rumours of a rift between sister-in-laws Meghan Markle and Kate Middleton have been swirling for months. But could the reason behind their feud be their pregnancies?
As Meghan prepares to give birth to her first child, Kate is already a mum to three children – Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis.
And unlike the Duchess of Sussex, who appears to have had no major complications throughout her pregnancy, the Duchess of Cambridge found the experience quite tough.
In fact during the first trimester of each of Kate’s pregnancies, she suffered from acute morning sickness.
“Kate has had tricky pregnancies will all three of her children,” royal commentator Emily Nash told Quest Red.
“She had really awful morning sickness, Hyperemesis Gravidarum, which means she was essentially being sick for the first 10 to 12 weeks of each pregnancy.”

Ms Nash continued: “Meghan had no problem conceiving, she seems to be literally glowing.”
Meghan and Harry are expected to welcome their first child this month but plan to keep the exciting news private for some time before announcing it to the world.
“The Duke and Duchess look forward to sharing the exciting news with everyone once they have had an opportunity to celebrate privately as a new family,” a statement released by Buckingham Palace read.
