The royal family’s website has suffered a glitch and many believe has inadvertently revealed the name of Kate Middleton and Prince William’s third child.
On the site, there are pages for several members of the family, which you can access by typing in each name (separated by dashes) following the main site’s URL: royal.uk. You can find pages there for Queen Elizabeth, Prince William, Prince Harry, Prince Charles and many more.
However, if you try to find Prince George or Princess Charlotte‘s page, you’ll find an ‘access denied’ screen.
Daily Mail claim to have discovered a very telling clue about the new royal baby’s potential name.
Typing in royal.uk/prince-albert gets you to the same page as Prince George and Princess Charlotte’s name.
However, if you type royal.uk/prince-arthur — another one of the most frequently-speculated names for the little royal — you get a ‘Page Not Found’ screen.
Albert has been the frontrunner for the new royal bub for months now, with British bookmakers having the odds for the name as low as 5-1. Albert has been a popular name in the British royal family ever since the marriage of Queen Victoria and Prince Albert in 1840, it’s appeared in nearly every generation of the family in some way.
Meanwhile, many royal fans believe William gave a cheeky clue about his new son’s name at an Anzac day service earlier this week.
Australian High Commissioner Alexander Downer also suggested Alexander to the Duke, to which he replied cryptically: ‘Funny you should say that….It’s a good name,’ The Sun reports.
The name is expected to be made public today.
