Currently traveling through Scotland, Her Majesty is celebrating Scottish culture, achievement and community. On day three of the festivities at Holyroodhouse in Edinburgh, the 92-year-old monarch met thousands of guest at a Garden Party.

One of those guests included Doddie Weir, a former rugby player, who described meeting the Queen as ‘pretty special’ .

Weir later said of the meeting: ‘She gave a bit of a giggle when I said I didn’t have success over England.’

‘To meet her Majesty is pretty special, the knees are still knocking a bit to be fair.’
