After pairing Nike sneakers with a glamorous white dress, Crown Princess Mary of Denmark upped the style stakes by stepping out in a leopard-print skirt on Nov. 6.
The Australian-born royal and her husband Crown Prince Frederik of Denmark were on a short tour of Rome – where they attended a reception for business leaders.

Both Mary and Frederik stepped out in style for the occasion – with Mary pairing a black shirt with a leopard-print silk skirt that was cinched in at the waist with a wide belt.
She wore her brunette hair in a low bun and accessorised with hoop earrings and heels.
Prince Frederik meanwhile sported a polkadot blue tie and was clean-shaven once again – having ditched the designer stubble he had earlier in the year.

Mary and Frederik attended seminars on health, food and urbanization, as well as a cookie event with Danish and Italian food artists earlier in the day.
“His Royal Highness is at the forefront of a business promotion aimed at strengthening relations between Denmark and Italy,” the Danish palace explained on Instagram.
On the final day of the tour, Frederik was due to visit the Vatican and receive an audience with the Pope.
