The royals are juggling three children and their jam-packed royal appointment schedules – as well as figuring out their household split from Meghan Markle and Prince Harry – so it’s no surprise the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge need a little more help.
According to The Household of TRH The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge website, Will and Kate are seeking a ‘diary coordinator‘ to work for them at Kensington Palace.
The job ad states: “We are recruiting a Diary Coordinator to work within a busy Household.”
“The role will be responsible for managing the seamless delivery of multiple complex diaries to ensure the smooth and effective coordination of engagements and events.
“This will involve compiling and managing coordinated diary updates and weekly overviews; providing regular briefings; communicating diary changes to all key stakeholders, both internally and externally; and carrying out follow-up actions as necessary, as well as ensuring that all events and engagements are accurately recorded.”
And most importantly, the successful candidate must have the “ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion at all times is paramount.”
There is no salary mentioned, however, the role will be based at Kensington Palace.
The closing date for the role is July 22.
The new job comes after William and Kate’s household was split from that of Harry and Meghan, who have set up their own, along with their own new home at Frogmore Cottage.
The royals also parted ways in the joint Royal Foundation, with Meghan and Harry leaving earlier this year as reports of the royal rift worsened.
William and Kate will continue working on the Royal Foundation, which has since been renamed Royal Foundation of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.
Harry and Meghan have concentrated on their own causes, including the Invictus Games and various environmental charities.
