Prince William and Prince Harry are rumoured to be currently embroiled in a royal rift, which has some traditionalists blaming Meghan Markle.

But on Wednesday, Wills seemingly handed Harry a digital olive branch of sorts – via Instagram – after he and Kate met with volunteers at an event for the crisis helpline Shout.
“Catherine and I, and Harry and Meghan couldn’t be more proud of what Shout has accomplished,” William captioned a photo of himself and Kate at the special event.
“We’re hugely proud and hugely grateful to all of you for being part of this.”
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge were guests of honour at the event, which paid tribute to the British volunteers who work around the clock with Shout to support people in crisis.
The service was developed by The Royal Foundation and initially launched by The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and The Duke and Duchess of Sussex in May.
“The event was an excellent opportunity for this virtual community to meet and see the scale of the national network they have joined,” the message stated.
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge also shared photos on their Instagram Stories, again referencing Harry and Meghan, who were missing from the event.
The public shout out comes after Harry spoke candidly about him and Wills being “on different paths” in the ITV documentary, which fuelled rumours they are not speaking.
A royal insider also told US magazine the brothers’ relationship is in trouble because Harry reportedly feels as though he is living in Wills’ shadow.
“He doesn’t envy the responsibility that comes with being the future king of England, but William’s the ‘golden boy’ and Harry feels like he has a lot to live up to,” the insider said.
