Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have posted a heartbreaking message on their Instagram page.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex showed their support for World Suicide Prevention Day.

The post, which has had in excess of 158,000 likes, read: “This World Suicide Prevention Day, we would like to spread the available support far and wide to ensure that no-one goes through a crisis alone.
“Please use or share the below accounts today, or on any given day, to a friend, colleague or even a complete stranger, that may be suffering – because wherever you are, you are not alone.”
The proud parents to baby Archie Harrison tagged a number of mental health health charities including Shout, the Pandas Foundation, The Trevor Project, SAVE, the Samaritans, the Jed Foundation, Childline and CALM.
The snap showed a boy and a girl with their arms around each other.
Fans were quick to praise the royal duo for their post.
