Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s recent outings have had many talking, particularly their loved up displays of affection.
But how genuine is their body language and is everything as rosy as it seems?
Body language expert Louise Mahler spoke to New Idea about the real truth behind their PDA.
“Meghan has fun with him together in the public eye, but the minute she steps away from him she is controlled,” Louise reveals.
“He is trying to protect her at all times. At the same time, he still shows personality to the crowd, smiling and joking,” she adds.
The real telling point however, is when Louise talks about how comfortable they are with each other.
“Harry is more comfortable laughing with the crowd while Meghan is only comfortable with him,” she adds.
The comfort factor may have something to do with Harry’s protectiveness over his wife, particularly given Meghan’s rumoured pregnancy.
A palace insider revealed to New Idea last month that the couple’s baby announcement is imminent, but they want to wait until after Eugenie’s wedding to make the announcement, so they don’t trump their special day.
Her mother Doria Ragland is set to join her daughter in Sydney mid October for added support and has been taking ‘nanny classes’.
‘She’s taking classes in breastfeeding, childbirth, newborn care, CPR and first aid because she plans to move to Kensington Palace to help Meghan once the first baby arrives,’ a source told The Star.
‘Meghan wants to avoid hiring staff if possible once her first child arrives. The thought of having her mum move in with them and take on the role of baby nurse is the best possible solution to that.’
British bookmaker Harry Aitkenhead told The Sun: ‘Royal fans are getting excited with the belief that a Royal baby next year is almost a certainty now.
‘Princess Olivia is now by far and away the most popular choice from our punters if the couple do have a baby girl.’
