Pregnant Pippa Middleton has revealed the exercise she is planning to continue until her baby is born.
Kate Middleton’s sister – who is due to welcome her first child with husband James Matthews in early October – has written about how she has been keeping active ahead of the birth.
Pippa and James – who have kept the gender of their unborn child secret – have recently moved back into their Chelsea home which had been undergoing renovations.

While Pippa is a keen cyclist – often seen riding her bike around the streets of London – in her column for Waitrose Kitchen magazine, the mum-to-be revealed she has been keeping active with swimming as her due date draws near.
‘I find it has been the most enjoyable and rewarding form of exercise since I found out I was expecting,’ Kate Middleton’s sister wrote.

‘It’s so good for you that you could swim every day – as long as you don’t overexert yourself – right up until the end of the third trimester.’
Pippa, 34, who married her 42-year-old husband on 20 May 2017, is said to be excited about becoming a mum for the first time.

James is a former racing car driver and he is also the older brother of Made In Chelsea star Spencer.
