She’s been pictured out and about at nine months pregnant – and speculation is mounting that Pippa Middleton may in fact give birth on the day of Princess Eugenie’s wedding.
Pippa – who is the sister of Kate Middleton, now the Duchess of Cambridge – has been photographed walking numerous times in the past week, as she prepares to give birth to her first baby with husband James Matthews.
Most recently Pippa stepped out in London on Oct. 9 to do a spot of grocery shopping.

She wore a polka dot dress for the occasion, which she teamed with a pink cardigan and trainers.
It is well known that mums-to-be often use walking as a way to encourage a baby’s birth and so perhaps it is no surprise that royal watchers are wondering if the baby will arrive on the day of Princess Eugenie’s wedding.
Eugenie is set to marry fiance Jack Brooksbank on Oct. 12 at Windsor Castle.
According to experts being upright encourages your baby to move down into the cervix.
‘Then as you walk, the rhythmic pressure of your baby’s head on your cervix stimulates the release of oxytocin,’ Babycenter writes on its website.
‘Oxytocin is a hormone which helps to trigger and regulate your contractions.’
Experts say walking is safe in late pregnancy but mums are encouraged not to overdo things.

‘This might not be the moment to take up power walking or go on a bush walk, particularly if you’ve not done much exercise throughout your pregnancy,’ Babycenter advises.
‘Once you are in active labour, staying upright and moving around can help your labour to progress. ‘
Pippa Middleton first confirmed she was pregnant in June – via her column in Waitrose magazine.
She revealed that she had not suffered from the same serious morning sickness as her sister Kate did with her children Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis.
‘I was lucky to pass the 12 week scan without suffering from morning sickness,’ Pippa wrote.

‘That meant I was able to carry on as normal. This being my first pregnancy, I had so many questions I felt were still unanswered.’
Pippa has also opened up about how she has been preparing for childbirth as it nears with meditation.
‘I was skeptical at first, but after practicing this discipline for the past month I have noticed a huge difference in my mental wellbeing and sense of clarity,’ Pippa wrote.
‘I signed up to a beginners’ meditation class recently to master the tools essential for performing it effectively.
‘This involved learning to meditate twice daily, ideally for 20 minutes, chanting a mantra, while sitting upright, eyes closed and focused. Our teacher stressed that we should ensure we always make time for this because there’s always an excuse not to.
‘It’s a good idea to take some well-being time for mummy-to-be now and, most importantly, for the future.’
